In addition to our usual efficient methods, we have certain loans designed to close quickly.  Our most popular is the Fast and Easy Loan.  For borrowers with a down payment, we can get your loan approved the same day we get your application.  This process also cuts down on paperwork.  Often we can negotiate a fast (and less costly) appraisal with this loan

Our newest loan is a Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) in a about a week.  You apply online.  We deliver the signing papers to you
