1. Secure Online Application (recommended)

    Answer a series of online questions to create a secure application.  After it comes to BrokerPro automatically, we will contact you to explain your options.  This is the easiest method.  Apply online.  This option has become by far our most popular.  Just so you know: your loan application comes straight to our office.  Fill out as much information as you can.  Some borrowers have had information that may not fit into the space provided.  That's fine: answer as much as you can.  We look over the application and fill out all the confusing little boxes.  We make sure it is in perfect shape before submitting it to any of our wholesale lenders. 

2.  Download and Print Out

    Download an Adobe file to your own computer that you can open with free software.  Print out the form and fill it in by hand.  Return to BrokerPro by fax or email. Download 

   Or you can use this interactive PDF version if you have the right software on your computer.

If you have the full version of Adobe® Acrobat® Standard or Professional software loaded on your computer, you may save the document -- before or after you enter text -- to your hard drive (i.e., you can save a soft copy of the PDF with or without text entered). Note: The option of saving the completed document to disk is not available if you have only Adobe Reader; you must have the full Adobe Acrobat software in order to save the completed document.

    For either PDF file, save to your own computer first and work on that version -- not the online version.

3.  Download a Word Document You Can Save

   Here is a Microsoft Word version.  You can fill out the form on your computer and save it in your own electronic files.  Download.
